Policies

The American Journal of Rising Scholar Activities will only accept English language manuscripts in the approved format from Purdue University Rising Scholar undergraduates. Currently, there are no page or publishing charges levied for the publication of articles. All articles must undergo peer-review during Rising Scholar seminar classes and editor review during the post-submission period to be considered eligible for inclusion within the journal. The responsibility for the article content rests solely with the authors. The submitting authors warrant that the submitted works are original and that any and all previously published quotes, tables, and figures used within their submissions have received the proper permissions from the original authors, research sponsors, or employers. The authors retain the copyright for their works, but they grant the American Journal of Rising Scholar Activities an irrevocable non-exclusive permission to publish their works.
