Abstract
In this presentation, attendees will gain practical insights on communicating infrastructure priorities and budget realities to elected officials. We will explore how to craft compelling messages, navigate council dynamics, and use data and storytelling to foster understanding and support. Additional topics include strategies for delivering difficult news; maintaining productive relationships; and becoming confident, influential advocates for Public Works departments.
