Abstract
Major projects (over $500 million) are often more complex and riskier than other projects, and careful attention must be provided when preparing cost estimates. Traditional estimating methods may not be appropriate in all cases. Using the Revive I-70 and I-69 ORX projects as examples, project team members from INDOT and their consultant will describe how the CSRA process works and how to complete a CSRA level risk assessment.
