Abstract
Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) is a phrase describing the emerging aerospace sector that brings together new and evolving technologies to revolutionize aviation. The conjunction of electric aircraft propulsion, autonomy and automation, and advanced materials and manufacturing holds the potential for the safe, lower-cost, higher-reliability transportation of passengers and cargo in urban and regional settings. This session will discuss how Purdue’s problem-solving abilities enable AAM.
