Abstract
Many Road School attendees chose their career to make a difference in the community using engineering. This session will focus on how the feeling of making a difference is a big part of job satisfaction. We will examine how the transportation industry has been collectively making a difference in Indiana over the years by reducing crash rates, reducing congestion, improving mobility, and extending the service life of assets.
