Abstract
Project Connect is a significant infrastructure investment initiative that promotes the revitalization and redevelopment of North St. Louis City. Spurred by the relocation of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency West, a U.S. DOD support facility; multiple related infrastructure projects; and proximity of a new major league soccer stadium, the initiative will add multi-modal transportation and optimize connectivity for the local road system. This session dives into Project Connect’s extensive improvements, including the major reconstruction of an inter-change along I-64
