Abstract
In this session we will discuss the results of an INDOT-sponsored program to facilitate Lean methodology workshops to Maintenance and Operations managers around the state. Attendees will learn how Lean principles and techniques were used to identify and reduce waste in the form of waiting, defects, rework, and more.
