Abstract
This session is geared toward communities that have limited funds available to take advantage of INDOT’s local road matching fund grant programs (or other possible matching grant programs). Regardless of size, every community wants to maximize its capabilities to take advantage of matching grant programs. We will present examples of various techniques used in large and small communities.
