Abstract
Crash location is a critical piece of information for any type of safety-related analysis; however, there is often a high percentage of error in these data. Currently, a time-consuming manual process is used to correct faulty coordinates. The Crash Location Improvement Program (CLIP) is a tool developed by the Center for Road Safety, with support from Indiana LTAP, which allows users to identify and correct crash location errors.
