Description
Considerable attention has been paid to artificial intelligence (AI) in the field of education generally; however, much fewer studies address educational leadership and policy studies (ELPS) specifically. Given the increasingly widespread use of AI, there is a growing need to examine the implications for ELPS research and practice. In this systematic literature review, we examine studies related to AI in ELPS to uncover the implications for research and practice in the field. Our results demonstrate the need for more empirical research on AI in ELPS, particularly as it relates to guiding practice in the field.
