Abstract

This report provides a user's manual for the implementation of the project evaluation and program development part of the Indiana Bridge Management System (IBMS). The tools and techniques found in these programs were primarily developed from previous research by the Joint Highway Research Project at purdue University. The IBMS runs on an IBM-compatible computer under 05/2.
