Abstract
The Reimagine Pleasant Street project is a multi-year initiative that will result in improved east-west connectivity, accessibility, and safety for the City of Noblesville, while still honoring its urban character and historic features. Participants will learn how the project team addressed the challenges and complexities of completing this $125 million local project in the heart of the city. Construction for phase 1 began in the fall of 2022, and phases 2 and 3 will start in the fall of 2023.
