Abstract
On August 5, 2022, the FHWA published a final rule in the federal register adding new provisions to the MUTCD relating to maintaining minimum levels of pavement marking retroreflectivity. This session will answer the following questions. What are the new requirements? What are the methods for maintaining pavement marking retroreflectivity? What is INDOTs approach to maintaining pavement marking retroreflectivity?
