Event Description/Abstract
INDOT launched a new online Construction Stormwater Training in March 2021. Per the 2020 and 2022 INDOT Standard Specifications Manual, any INDOT construction site holding a Level 1 or Level 2 determination requires individuals to hold this training verification to conduct stormwater inspections or work on site. The training includes 18 self-paced modules covering topics like stormwater management, erosion/sediment control measures, preparation of SWPPPs, and housekeeping items. This presentation will provide background on course development, module layouts, course evaluations, and future training development plans.
