Abstract
Once a contract is submitted to Final Tracings, that is the last time a designer hears anything about it (unless problems arise). For many, contract administration is a “black box” that requires an excessive amount of time to prepare contracts. This session provides clarity on the internal preparations of a contract as it is readied for advertisement, including cost estimating, PS&E review, and fiscal applications.
