Abstract
This presentation describes INDOT’s Asset Management Data Collection Program, which covers roadway assets, such as drainage, signs, fences, and guardrails. INDOT recently updated the program, developed a mobile app to support data collection, and conducted a data collection pilot. Additionally, INDOT is incorporating the program into construction as part of the “as-built” requirements, and contractors will be required to provide inventory data for roadway assets within project limits.
