Abstract
INDOT’s Major Projects Delivery team continues to successfully deliver some of the state’s largest and most complex transportation projects. Proactive risk management strategies are used throughout the planning, procurement, and execution phases of these projects in order to protect stakeholder interests and meet project goals. We will discuss these strategies, why they are important, and highlight the benefts of the process using examples from current INDOT Major Projects.
