Abstract
Midtown is the connector between the vibrant Arts and Design District and the Carmel City Center and is bisected by the Monon Greenway. Once completed in early 2020, the award-winning Monon Boulevard project will be a long-term investment in the economic and social well-being of the community by offering points of interest through a series of destinations that will provide reasons to walk and bike along a safe, interesting, and engaging corridor.
