As computer modeling programs continue to advance, additional capabilities have been introduced, including the ability to analyze projects in two-dimensional scenarios. This presentation focuses on the differences between traditional one-dimensional analysis and two-dimensional analysis with regard to highway applications. Software limitations will be discussed.
