Abstract
Purdue University is engaged in a university-wide initiative to promote active learning and transform its teaching to reduce dependence on lecture delivery. Parallel with this, it seeks to develop strategies to plan future learning space across the university so that it is responsive to emerging trends in pedagogy. This study focused on investigating current trends and initiatives at Purdue today and probed to understand potential future demands and its implications for space planning.
