Abstract
This model ordinance was developed by a task group composed of a county engineer, a county commissioner, county surveyors, land developers, and representatives of Indiana Department of Transportation, Indiana Department of Natural Resources, Indiana Farm Bureau, Indiana Department of Environmental Management, and Hoosier Heartland RC&D.
