Humane Genetics Curriculum
Abstract
In this lesson of the Humane Genetics Curriculum (HGC), students figure out: There is genetic variation both within AND between racial groups. The amount of genetic variation within a racial group can be modeled by increasing or decreasing the size of a circle; the amount of genetic similarity between racial groups can be represented by the amount of overlap between circles.
