Abstract

Empathy with/for teammates in Engineering is a modified version of the Interpersonal Reactivity Index (IRI) instrument to measure perspective-taking and empathic concern in the context of engineering teams. This modification helps participants focus their answers on their empathic experiences with/for their teammates within their teams, allowing the researchers to explore individual empathic formation in Engineering Teams.
