Lefschetz-Riemann-Roch theorem
Abstract
We prove the Lefschetz fixed point theorem for a geometric endomorphism of a coherent sheaf covering a non-degenerate holomorphic map of a compact complex manifold. Then we combine the Lefschetz fixed point theorem and Grothendieck's theory of correspondences to prove a special case of Donovan's conjecture on Lefschetz-Riemann-Roch formula.
