On compactness of sequences of proper holomorphic maps

Abstract

We study the convergence up to the boundary of compactly convergent sequences of biholomorphic and proper holomorphic maps between domains of finite type in ${\doubc}\sp{n}$. The tool is a division theorem with estimates in the class of holomorphic functions which are smooth up to the boundary.
