L('P) ESTIMATES FOR MULTIPLIER TRANSFORMATIONS IN 2-DIMENSIONAL EUCLIDEAN SPACE
Abstract
In this thesis, we prove L('p) boundedness and unboundedness results for Fourier multipliers obtained by taking reciprocals of polynomials in two variables which are bounded below.
