Abstract

This study explores the development of calcium sulfoaluminate-belite (CSAB) cement using alternative raw materials such as low-CaO limestone and red mud, aiming to reduce cost and environmental impact. CSAB clinkers were synthesized, and the mineralogy and mechanical performance were assessed. The findings demonstrate that CSAB cement with comparable phase composition and mechanical performance to commercial variants can be achieved, supporting the feasibility of sustainable raw material utilization.
