ITE has identified work force development as one of three key issues facing engineering firms today; yet, as many as 50% of all graduate engineers may leave the engineering profession within 10 years of graduation. Mentors and mentees will discuss the role that mentorship can play in engineering student and graduate engineer retention in the work force.
