Abstract
In the high-paced environment of today’s business world, it can be difficult for leaders to maintain a steady, calming presence. Remote work, mobile-oriented software, leaner processes, and often a leaner staff can make authentic connections almost impossible to maintain. This presentation will examine principles of leadership and illustrate how these principles foster the perception and the reality of leadership presence. Together, we will imagine a preferred future where employees find not only purpose and support in their workplace environment, but also hope and solace.
