Abstract
Post pandemic, many teammates are now working remotely a few days a week. This has created new challenges for delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget, leading to Microsoft Teams to emerge as a guiding star. With seamless communication, file sharing, and collaborative tools, it transformed chaos into cohesion. Teammates, scattered across distances, united under its virtual roof and projects thrived in digital realms. Join us as we discuss how Teams has helped foster innovation and camaraderie.
