Abstract
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) has had tremendous success fostering competition using progressive contracting. However, the process has been anything but smiles and roses. Presenters will share lessons learned and stories of the successes and heart- ache that detail the industry struggle with this paradigm shift. Come learn the best ways to avoid the snares and be better prepared for progressive contracting.
