To maximize limited budgets, owners are exploring alternative delivery methods. Attendees will learn about the benefits and pitfalls of progressive design-build (PDB) and construction manager/general contractor (CM/GC). Presenters will share best practices for determining if PDB and CM/GC are appropriate for your project and provide case study examples.
