Abstract
Built to Last: Funding Our Nation’s Highways—A major funding shortfall exists for fixing our crumbling infrastructure. Tolling can be a viable solution to close this gap. This presentation will focus on the revenue generated by tolling the Interstate system and barriers to implementing a tolling scenario. The cost to the average consumer will also be addressed and how this can be a win-win for all users.
