Abstract

The rapid evolution of telecommunication services, driven by advancements in 5G, IoT, and cloud computing, has introduced significant privacy and security control challenges. These challenges arise from the increased attack surface, regulatory pressures, and evolving cyber threats. This paper explores key trends in privacy and security control issues, examines countermeasures such as advanced encryption, Zero Trust Architecture, and continuous monitoring, and discusses challenges and future directions in securing telecommunication services.
