Abstract
This report contains an overview of the details of the wheel tax and excise surtax, a summary of the recent changes to the Indiana Code regarding the taxes, revenue estimates for both counties and municipalities, an estimate of revenue projected out to 2018, as well as some commonly asked questions and their answers.
