Abstract
The culture that we grow up in plays a large role in the type of person we become. Phil Kaye and Sarah Kay both grew up in the United States but were both raised by Japanese mothers and Jewish fathers. This artifact is an infographic that highlights key moments in Japanese-American history. My hope it to provide historical background to help the audience consider how this culture may have influenced Kay and Kaye’s experience.
