Abstract

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, many institutions were negatively impacted, here particularly, museums. This article highlights the ways in which small museums, specifically, have been impacted. Through these struggles, small museums and museums of all sizes have had to forge a path into unknown territory and make new advances at even faster rates than previously done. Dr. Ann Feuerbach, professor of anthropology, shares her expertise in this area by providing specific examples and opportunities for small museums to continue to recover.
