Abstract

This paper proposed a novel high efficiency structure of vane compressor. This kind of compressor can translate the sliding friction between the vane and cylinder into the rolling friction, which can significantly reduce the loss of mechanical friction. Comprared with the conventional vane compressor, this has been proved high efficiency and high reliability. Then the structure and operation principle was introduced; differences of mechanical friction loss between the two compressors were comprared and analyzed in this paper.
