Abstract
This is an editorial introduction to this special issues symposium on Sarah Stitzlein's book, Teaching Honesty in a Populist Era. We discuss why we decided to feature this new book in Education and Culture and discuss some of the contributions of the book, as well as provide a quick overview of the essay reviews of the book and some of the themes that cut across them.
