Procedures of Publication in CLCWeb: Comparative Literature and Culture

  1. CLCWeb: Comparative Literature and Culture is published online by Purdue University Press <http://www.thepress.purdue.edu/> and Purdue University Libraries <//www.lib.purdue.edu/> quarterly in March, June, September, and December. CLCWeb is a peer-refereed full-text scholarly journal published online on the world wide web in public access by Purdue University Press and Purdue University Libraries; material submitted for publication is assessed by the editor before it is sent for peer review by two members of the journal's advisory board / associate editors <http://clcwebjournal.lib.purdue.edu/editor.html> and/or by two outside experts selected by the editor and/or recommended by an associate editor; the length of manuscript evaluation is between two to three months or less, authors of material submitted for publication in the journal receive a detailed evaluation by e-mail from the editor. The publication of scholarship in CLCWeb does not differ from such published in traditional hard-copy learned journals except in its mode of delivery and distribution, i.e., online on the world wide web.
