IMAGE REPRODUCTION REQUEST

Dear [NAME],

I am writing to request permission to reproduce [caption of the work] in the ARTL@S Bulletin the scholarly journal of ARTL@S, a research project of the Ecole normale supérieure (Ulm, Paris). This image will appear in the [month and year] issue of the bulletin in conjunction with an article by myself entitled, “[title].”

The ARTL@S Bulletin(ISSN: 2264-2668) is published twice a year by the Ecole normale supérieure and the Centre nationale pour la recherche scientifique for ARTL@S, with a small circulation (under 500). I request worldwide rights for both print and electronic editions of the bulletin.

The image will appear at 72 dpi in the electronic edition, which will be hosted by Purdue Scholarly Publishing Services and accessible through the ARTL@S’s Website, with the same credit and caption information as in the print version. Online readers will view the picture only within the context of the scholarly article. Because back issues of ARTL@S Bulletin are archived by Purdue Scholarly Publishing Services, web permission for an indefinite time period or for the life of the project is required.

Thank you for your consideration of this request.

Yours sincerely,

[YOUR SIGNATURE]
