About This Journal

The Purdue Historian is a peer-reviewed, open-access, scholarly publication developed and operated by members of the Purdue Historian Organization. The Purdue Historian is a journal of undergraduate historical research that aims to provide a forum for the work of undergraduate historians. Articles published in the journal are exemplary papers that cover important historical events and incorporate original scholarly analysis. The journal is published annually in the spring and submissions are accepted on a rolling basis.
