The Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs is Purdue University’s chief academic officer, with broad responsibilities for oversight of all educational and research programs, as well as the faculty. The current acting Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs is Vic Lechtenberg, PhD (2012- ).
