Unit of lesson plans designed for use by Indiana elementary school instructors to teach their students about food waste and food waste reduction strategies. Effectiveness of these lessons will be quantified using pre- post- surveys and by measuring food wasted by students in school cafeterias before and after the education. Master's thesis.
