En esta entrevista con Patricia Hart en 2011, el premiado mezclador Marc Orts habla sobre sus comienzos en el mundo del sonido cinematográfico, y de la importancia de adaptarse a todos los proyectos, para que no haya un sonido “Marc Orts.” Habla de los que más le enseñaron—David Calleja y Brad Anderson, por ejemplo. Comenta su trabajo con los directores Pedro Almodóvar, Montxo Armendáriz, Rodrigo Cortés, Guillem Morales, Isabel Coixet, Jaume Balagueró y Paco Arango. También comenta brevemente el efecto del doblaje en el cine español.

In this interview with Patricia Hart in 2011, Goya-winning mixer Marc Orts speaks about his beginnings in the world of film sound and of the importance of adapting himself to different projects so that there is no “Marc Orts sound.” He talks about those who most influenced and helped him: David Calleja and Brad Anderson, for example. He comments on working with directors Pedro Almodóvar, Monxo Armendáriz, Rodrigo Cortés, Guillem Morales, Isabel Coixet, Jame Balagueró, and Paco Arango. He also comments briefly on the effect of dubbing on Spanish cinema.
