Filtered numerical semigroups and applications to one-dimensional rings
Abstract
In this work, filtrations in numerical semigroups are studied. Applications are made to the study of one-dimensional Cohen-Macaulay local rings, particularly one-dimensional analytically irreducible Noetherian local domains. We are primarily interested in the Cohen-Macaulay and Gorenstein properties of associated graded rings of filtrations.
