An ESR and ENDOR study of cadmium tellurium:manganese
Abstract
Electron spin resonance (ESR) and electron nuclear double resonance (ENDOR) studies have been carried out on CdTe crystals containing Manganese. The hyperfine interactions of CdTe lattice nuclei with ground state donor electrons in the manganese doped samples have been measured using ENDOR; hyperfine constants for 6 shells containing a total of 52 nuclei are reported for the first time. The ESR studies provide greater accuracy for the cubic field coefficient, a, and the hyperfine constant. A, of the Mn nuclei, than previous ESR studies had reported.
