Abstract
This data curation profile focuses on a data set based on the examination of water flow and water quality using a tile drainage system. The researcher uses the data to research the impact of drain spacing, of soil management practices on nitrate leeching, and also the impacts of drainage on crop growth and yield. The data curation needs relate to the process of preparing the data for sharing and use by others. Currently, the data, which spans a 25 year period, is not well documented and would require considerable investment for it to be ready for use by others.
