I had the same concern for my children as most of you do. As autonomous robots replace human tasks and jobs, what’ll the nature of future jobs be? How do I prepare my kids for the future? Based on both other people’s work as well as my own discoveries, I will map out the potential evolution regarding the nature of jobs. I will then show how successful companies design products, processes, and policies for human instincts. I will briefly cover the process related to designing for human instincts also.
